Choose the right starting point
For an individual product family, use Request a quotation on its detail page. The enquiry opens with that product’s name and catalogue reference, helping the operator connect your requirements with the correct subject. For a project covering several products, list the relevant references in your message. A general website or editorial question can use the contact form on this page.
Include useful project information
Tell us what you intend to display, the quantities you are considering and the destination. Relevant garment or fixture measurements should state their units. You may also provide a company name, country and telephone number where the product enquiry form offers those fields. Avoid sending card data, bank passwords or confidential files through a general message box.
Email and saved messages
The published contact address is [email protected]. The operator needs to maintain and monitor this mailbox. A successful form submission records a message in the site inbox and provides a reference; it does not mean an email notification has arrived or that a quotation has already been prepared. Response time and product availability are not guaranteed by the form.
What happens after an enquiry
The operator can review requirements, request clarification and discuss a written proposal. Sending a message does not reserve inventory, accept a price or create an order. Read the privacy notice for stored information and quotation process for the commercial steps. For inaccurate product or editorial information, include the page URL and the specific detail through corrections.
