Information supplied through forms
General contact messages include a name, email address, subject and message. Product enquiries also record the selected product’s trusted identifier, title, catalogue reference and page address. Optional company, country, telephone and requested quantity fields provide project context. Do not submit payment credentials, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information. The enquiry form is a business communication channel rather than a document archive.
How records are used
The operator uses this information to review requests, prepare follow-up questions and manage product, editorial, copyright or website matters. Records include time, processing status and a site-specific hash derived from the visitor IP address for abuse controls. A PHP session supports form tokens and checks. The authorized inbox may also contain private administrative notes and a bounded record of status changes.
Retention and requests
Messages are handled and deleted manually; this notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. Ask about a submission or request deletion through contact or [email protected], providing only enough detail to locate it. The operator may need to verify a request before acting. Internal notes and processing history are not a public enquiry-tracking page.
Notifications and outside services
SMTP notifications require separate operator configuration; successful storage does not establish email delivery. Advertising and external paid integrations are disabled by default. If the operator enables additional services or changes information practices, this notice needs review. External links lead to independently operated sites. Read cookies and sessions for browser-session details and check this notice before submitting a project that includes personal information.
