Define what needs checking
Quality review starts with a specific requirement. For a mannequin, garment fit, pose, surface and joint operation may matter; for a display stand, usable size, support arrangement and contact surfaces may be central. Record the agreed specification and the conditions of intended use. A general product-family page or an appealing illustration is not a complete acceptance standard.
Use a practical inspection record
Agree which dimensions and components will be checked, the units and measurement points, and how visible finish concerns will be assessed. Identify included bases, rods, fasteners and accessories so that missing parts can be recognized. Photos can help record observations, but they do not replace a defined test where a requirement depends on measurable performance or a particular safety condition.
Request evidence for actual claims
If a destination or application requires a load rating, chemical restriction, fire classification or another regulated characteristic, ask for evidence applicable to the actual material and model. Confirm the issuer, scope, date and relationship to the proposed item. This site does not imply certification, third-party inspection or compliance simply because a product family is listed or a material is discussed in a resource article.
Agree acceptance and discrepancies
Before ordering, discuss sample approval, inspection timing, documentation and the process for handling a mismatch. Keep the approved revision with the quotation and any later agreed changes. Do not improvise a stress test or use a damaged support in a public display. See samples, product information and contact for related preparation and questions.
