Does a product page show stock?
No stock status or fixed delivery period is established by a catalogue entry. Pages describe configurable product families and carry enquiry references that help identify a request. Images are generic illustrations rather than photographs of verified inventory. The selected model, dimensions, material, finish, included parts, minimum quantity and lead time need confirmation in the written proposal for your project.
How do I request a quotation?
Open the relevant product page and choose Request a quotation. The form preserves the product context, and you can describe the intended use, quantity and destination. A project involving several references can list them in the message. Successful submission saves the enquiry to the operator’s inbox and provides a reference; it does not mean a quotation has already been prepared or emailed.
Can I request a different configuration?
You can describe a preferred pose, finish, support, size or other requirement. Feasibility, costs, drawings, sample work and scheduling must be discussed and confirmed separately. Do not assume that an existing component fits solely because it looks similar. State its interface measurements and the units used, and ask how the proposed configuration will be checked against the actual merchandise or fixture.
What should I confirm before ordering?
Review the specification, contracting party, quantity, cost scope, payment arrangement, packaging and delivery responsibilities. Check whether an approved sample or drawing is required and how discrepancies will be addressed. Keep sensitive payment information out of the enquiry form. See product information, samples, quotation steps and contact for further detail relevant to a proposed purchase.
