Describe the intended change
Separate the functional need from the preferred appearance. A different pose may affect dressing access, available space or support position; a different surface may affect cleaning and presentation. Explain the merchandise, environment and constraints before requesting a change. Catalogue illustrations show general families and do not confirm that every depicted or requested variation can be manufactured or supplied.
Provide measurements and references
State dimensions with units and clear measurement points. Include the interface dimensions of any existing base, rod, rail or fixture that must connect. Describe colours and textures with an agreed reference method rather than relying only on a screen image. Do not send confidential third-party drawings or branding unless you have the authority to use them for the proposed project.
Confirm feasibility and review steps
A proposal should identify the requested changes, material, finish, construction, tolerances where needed and included components. Ask whether drawings, tooling or samples are required, who reviews them and which costs apply. Changes can affect packing and scheduling as well as appearance. No minimum quantity, feasibility conclusion or completion date is established by submitting a customization enquiry.
Approve a clear revision
Keep a written list of accepted details and unresolved questions. Before a purchase commitment, confirm the current drawing or sample revision and how later changes will be authorized. A verbal preference or an earlier illustration should not silently replace that record. Begin with a focused quotation request and review sample approval and product information for the related steps.
